  • Tryouts are typically at the end of January.
  • Please make sure to have an updated physical (dated April 15th, 2024 or later) uploaded into Dragonfly to try out.  The forms are labeled as Physical Examination Form and Medical Eligibility Form. You need both of these forms signed by a MD, DO, NP, or PA to tryout.
  • I have included the 2024-2025 Student Athlete Packet below. The physical forms are included in the packet. Please read all information in the packet and complete the necessary steps to be eligible for to tryout.      
  • You may print the packet or get one from the coach.
