All that is required to sign up is to complete all information on FinalForms. Any student that wishes to join the Smyrna Middle School Team must complete all forms on FinalForms before the first practice. A birth certificate and up to date physical are REQUIRED to up uplodaded into FinalForms in order for it to show as completed. Visit the FinalForms tab to see how to complete this.

Practices will be every Tuesday and Thursday, from 3:15-5:00pm. We will not meet on days we do not have school. Pick up is in the back of the school promptly at 5pm.
