Student Athlete Packet

Parent and athletes,

 

The "2024-2025 Student Athlete Packet" is below. Please make sure you have an updated physical dated April 15th, 2024, or later to try out. Your physical must be signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA to tryout. 

The physical form is included in the packet. Please read all information in the packet and complete the necessary steps to be eligible for a tryout.
