If you are experiencing issues with AMPLIFY, be sure you are using Google Chrome as your internet browser.
If Chrome will not load Amplify, please watch this video for instructions on how to clear your cache:
More Troubleshooting tips:
1. Shut down the device and try again.
2. Make sure you logged in and added to your login.
3. If your account is blocked, attempt to reset it by clicking here then choosing "I cannot access my account."
4. If you are unable to open/edit documents posted in Kiddom, make sure you have downloaded and registered Office 365 products. 
5. Watch this video if you are unable to upload photos to Kiddom with a school issued device. 

Help with resetting your RCS password:

  • Visit in your web browser and complete the sign-up process using your existing  and password that you login to your computer with today.  If your computer gets "stuck" in this process, try clearing your browser's cache.  

  • To change your password: After you complete the registration process you can use the following link or click on "Can't access your account?" on the sign on page to reset or unlock your account from any device.
